1 General Provisions

3.3 One Person, One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance will be ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games — the detailed terms of each offer will be published separately.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bod99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

bod99's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

7 Prohibited Activities
